I’m Lucas, a Brazilian professional with over four years of experience across customer service, Customer Experience, fintech and international travel assistance. I bring clear, empathetic communication to situations that call for speed, accuracy and responsibility.

In my current role at Assist Card, I use Portuguese, English and Spanish to support travellers and communicate with service providers in different countries. Having lived in the United States and spent time in Europe, I also bring cultural adaptability and independence.
